Maj Gen Sunil Kumar Jha

Gen Jha an alumni of National Defense College, has spent over 4 decades in the Indian Army and is a graduate of Defense Services Staff College Wellington and Advance Strategic Course Program at Hawaii, USA. He has held the prestigious post of Commandant at the Jr Leaders Academy. He has served as Chief Security Officer of Defense HQ Ministry of Defense India and General Officer Commanding of a Division. He is decorated with Sena Medal and Vishist Seva Medal.

Cdr Saroj Dhaka

Cdr Saroj Dhaka is from the pioneering batch of women officers of the Indian Navy. Saroj did a 14 year tenure with the Navy as a Logistics officer and has many firsts to her credit. Whilst in the Navy, she has served at length with Indian Navy Special Forces units meeting their logistics, administrative and specialist equipment requirements. Post Naval career, she worked as (Head HR and Admin) for a MNC Yacht company based in Mumbai. After her MBA degree, she founded EMSC in 2010. The company's firm foundation and quality manpower are result of her dedicated efforts and entrepreneurship.

Lee Rimmer

Lee is a former member of the UK Special Forces Group (Special Boat Service) and latterly a highly-experienced self-motivated executive-level security professional versed in conducting security operations within culturally diverse, politically sensitive, strategically challenging environments. He has over 25 years of experience participating in the execution of security plans and operations. He has also managed large scale US DoD security projects in Iraq. Lee is the Director of Manpower services for Middle East and Afghanistan.

Cdr SK Dhaka

Cdr SK Dhaka an alumni of Naval Academy, is from the Special Forces of the Indian Navy. He took voluntary retirement in Jul 2011 with the rank of Commander, after having spent 18 years with the Indian Navy's elite Special Forces ( Marine Commandos or Marcos as they are called). He has served worldwide and has been awarded the coveted NM gallantry.
He has been instrumental in conduct of various joint training exercises with SF teams of US, UK, SL, France etc. Drawing on a wealth of maritime counter terrorism experience, Dhaka is uniquely equipped to deal with any security situation at sea.
Dhaka is also a chariot pilot, deep sea diver and a paratrooper. He is passionate about mixed and saturation diving and goes for offshore dives whenever opportunity arises in between the projects.
